Product introduction:
The earliest and most extensive six peptides, also known as botulinum toxin peptides, can effectively reduce the depth of wrinkles caused by facial muscle contractions, especially wrinkles around the forehead and eyes.

Mechanism of action:
Acetylhexapeptide-8 is the N-terminal analogue of SNAP-25, so it can compete with SNAP-25 to form SNAP-25 protein complex. Normal SNAP-25 binding SNRE triggers the release of acetylcholine between synapses, which makes neurotransmission possible. Acetylhexapeptide-8 binding causes the instability of SNAP complex. Thus affecting the release of neurotransmitters, but also hindered muscle contraction, prevent wrinkles and fine lines.

Security
Basic skin irritation test: no signs of irritation or swelling were observed after 7 d of albino male rabbit test.
Acute oral administration toxicity test: There were no toxic symptoms at various doses by intraperitoneal injection and intragastric administration. The experiment was observed for 20 days. The results showed that the biosafety of Botulinum-like peptide samples was good under the condition of acute single contact.
Skin sensitization test: human repeated patch test was performed in 50 volunteers aged 17 to 75.The Botulinum-like peptide does not cause any allergic reaction.

Storage and shelf life 
The transportation process is stored at 25 ℃. If stored for a long time, the original package is sealed and placed at 2-8 ℃ for 2 years. In order to avoid secondary pollution, it should be used as soon as possible after opening the cover.

Effect of the test
A female subject was wiped around her eye once in the morning and evening with a blank emulsion and an emulsion containing 5% Botulinum-like peptide, and the silicon imprinting was obtained before and after 30 days of test. Silicon imprinting was analyzed by confocal scanning microscopy to assess changes in the skin surface before and after treatment. The results showed that the depth of wrinkles was significantly reduced after 30 days of treatment with Botulinum-like peptide, which confirmed the physiological hypothesis that Botulinum-like peptide can treat wrinkles.
